CBC Capsules VS Oils

With so many CBC products on the market, choosing the best one can be difficult. Two of the most popular options are CBC capsules and oils. While they can both provide the same physical and emotional benefits, each has its own advantages over the other.

Ease of Use

When it comes to convenience, it’s hard to beat swallowing a pill. While using the oil isn’t necessarily inconvenient, the most popular method of use with oils is to drop it beneath the tongue and hold it there for about 30 seconds. This takes more time than using a pill. Additionally, swallowing a pill is more discreet.

Again, both provide great benefits, but at what level and how fast it works varies. Oils tend to work a little faster as they can be consumed directly into the glands and get to work. Capsules have to travel through the digestive system, so it can take longer for them to produce any effects.

Capsules tend to have no flavor. However, oils can come in a wide range of flavors. Unfortunately, this can sometimes leave behind an undesirable aftertaste that needs to be washed down with water.

None of the differences listed here are bad things. They are simply facts to take into account when choosing your product, as every person has different needs and personalities.
